Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

United States Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days — FREE on orders over $35
- Express Shipping: 5-8 business days — $9.99 flat rate

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking to update in the system.

Customs & Duties
All orders ship from our international warehouse. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties upon delivery.

Lost or Damaged Orders

European Union Shipping Information

Orders shipped to EU countries are typically delivered within 7–14 business days. Orders are dispatched from an international warehouse. Customs duties and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
